i shy away
to say just new year
like in the morning
we say to defence colleagues
"morning"

is it a way of the things around
and inner resolutions
with the days to come off

some time
i feel like moving around
with you
arms around me
we know
breakers are all around
but that's way we are

you may not be around
like the morning
but i will ride
on a bike
to recall you
and say
morning : happy new year
