WITH TEARS OF ANGER IN HIS LORD SHIVA IS FURIOUS

she was busy talking
And i was happy strolling with her
Rajpath is our love lane!
She says i'm proud of this place!
She feels it gives her a sense of freedom

But our privacy got interrupted
by a young sturdy person
he looked like a saint
and just resembled Lord Shiva in his attire

I ignored the person'
but my love said look! Lord Shiva!
i still kept unruffled

But by this time the Lord was talking to my Love!
His magnetic persona with horrible glow
made me believe that infact he is Lord Shiva!

My love was immensely pleased to talk to heavenly entity!!
She felt blessed!!
But i was a bit scared!
Lord turned his attention!
and asked
Hei guey!
you seem to be well informed!
I avoided conversing
Hei you!
tell me who made Hindu Personal Law Act!

I was not prepared to open my mouth!
but my LOVE!

Sir,
you see it has been made by a lengthy process of legislation. Dr. Rajender Prasad, former President of India saw tears in Indian ladies and felt they have nutritious milk with them to feed the new born! Probably he was too moved/inpressed by the yesterday poets like Nirala, Agya and the like. These poets and writers depicted the woman as a docile person always on the receiving end! They all saw a daughter in Indian woman And this was main driving force for emotional interpretation and consequent legislation.

But the bug/ball did not stop here. Indira Gandhi ( known as 'petikot sarkar' ( in India), remained in power for 15 years. She needed a powerful motivation to fetch votes in a mobocratic system.

This lady went on passing the legislations to further strengthen the Hindu Personal Law in favour of women in such a way that a male is a villian in law and is conceived to be the whole perpetrator of crime ( law books point to that) She forgot that she has had two sons, only. And all other males under his regime were too docile to make their voice felt as the Indian system of governance and leadership constraints proved decisive and lethal to the very system for which it was expected to serve by our constitution makers.

She in a quest to remain in power forgot all the great crushing realities of those who happen to have sons. She could not visualize that a woman is 'Durga' in a daughter role set but a ' Sarupnakha' ( sister of Ravana in The Ramayana-hindu epic) in a wife role set/or daughter-in-law role set/or mother-in-law role set/or sister-in-law role set etc.

I kept mum!

But Lord was furious!
He roared
Do something!

I got scared!

Our great mobocratic system does not have support and leadership to further legislate to remove the anomalies and our constitution makers were too too too intelligent NOT to give original powers to Supreme Court of India as they believed probably, it will lead to anarchy or autocracy and visualize that a autocratic mobocratic anarchy is the antithesis of democracy.
